Warranty & Returns
Limited warranty
GOOLOO guarantees to the original consumer purchaser that the GOOLOO product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use within the applicable warranty period specified in the "Warranty Period" section below, subject to the following exceptions.
This warranty statement establishes GOOLOO's entire and exclusive warranty claim. We do not assume, nor do we authorize any person to assume on our behalf, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
Warranty period
The warranty period for GOOLOO products is 18+6+6 months* (*See warranty terms and conditions). In any case, the warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. Proof of purchase from the first consumer purchase or other reasonable documentation is required to verify the start date of the warranty period.
exchange
GOOLOO will replace (at GOOLOO's expense) any GOOLOO product that becomes non-functional within the applicable warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship. A replacement product will carry over the remaining warranty of the original product.
If you submit a warranty claim to GOOLOO within the warranty period in accordance with this warranty, GOOLOO will, at its discretion:
(i) replace the GOOLOO product with a replacement product of the same model (or, with your consent, a product that has the same or substantially similar functions as the original product – e.g., a different model with the same functions or the same model in a different color).
(ii) exchange the GOOLOO product for a refund of the purchase price.
Limited to the original consumer buyer
The warranty for GOOLOO products is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
exceptions
The GOOLOO guarantee does not apply to:
- Misuse, damage, modification, accidental damage or use for purposes other than normal consumer use, as authorized in the current GOOLOO product literature.
- Attempts to repair the product by anyone other than an authorized facility.
- Any product purchased through an online auction platform.

refund
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. We do not charge refund fees. Please note that return shipping costs and original shipping costs (except in cases of quality issues) are the customer's responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@gooloo.com Please contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Your refund will be approved within 1-2 days of receiving and inspecting your return, and you will automatically be refunded via the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and issue the refund.
