The following applies to all products at the GOOLOO Official Store Free Shipping

Shipping date & Delivery time

GOOLOO uses a local warehouse for delivery. 

Order deadline: (GMT+08:00) 6:00 PM, working days (Monday to Friday).

Order processing time: Orders placed before the deadline will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after the deadline will be shipped on the next working day.

Shipping time: 1–5 days (based on working days).

Shipping restrictions

This website is only available for Germany, France, Austria, Poland, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium, Sweden, Romania, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes, military areas or protected areas.


Delivery exceptions

Packages may be delivered late if a national holiday falls or other exceptional circumstances occur, such as weather phenomena or natural disasters (z.B. Hurricane, tornado, wildfire, or flood) or COVID-related impacts. In such a case, the estimated delivery time is unpredictable.


GOOLOO accepts no responsibility for the aforementioned shipping delays. However, GOOLOO will endeavor to keep you updated and ensure that delivery resumes as quickly as possible in the affected region.

Missing or lost packages

If a package gets lost or is delivered to the wrong address, please contact GOOLOO customer support at contact@gooloo.com mit Your order number.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and a link to track your package. If you haven't received an email within 48 hours of placing your order, or if your order is urgent, please contact GOOLOO customer support at [phone number/email address]. contact@gooloo.com mit Your order number.

What can I do if the product I received is not in perfect condition?

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@gooloo.com mit Your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery once the product is already in transit. Exceptions are made for fraudulent orders. Customers who refuse shipped orders will be charged a processing fee. For the refusal of a high-voltage starter, a fee of 26 EUR a fee that will be deducted directly from the order amount.

What should I do if I received a different product than the one I ordered?
