A: To identify the problem, do the following:
1) Check whether the ignition is turned on.
2) Check whether the DS900 VCI is firmly connected to the vehicle's DLC port.
3) Turn off the ignition. After 10 seconds, turn it back on and continue.
4) Check whether the vehicle's control unit is defective.
Q2: What special functions does the DS900 support?
A: The DS900 supports 8 special functions including oil reset, throttle adjustment, EPB reset, steering angle reset, DPF regeneration, ABS bleeding, BMS reset and airbag reset.
Q3: Does DS900 firmware need to be updated the first time?
A: Yes. The firmware will automatically be updated to the latest version once the DS900 VCI is connected to your DS900 tablet via Bluetooth. You can also update the firmware manually by tapping User Information > Firmware Update.
Q4: Why does DS900 sometimes freeze during operation?
A: This is a normal phenomenon caused by electromagnetic interference.
Q5: How do I take a screenshot?
A: Press and hold the screenshot button on the top right of the DS900 tablet for 3 seconds to take a screenshot. You can find the saved images in the gallery on the home screen of your Android system.
